You parse a query whose boost literal is too large for a float (2^128 - 2^103 or more, which takes 39 digits) with the classic or flexible query parser. You expect a parse error or a usable boost. Instead the boost parses to Infinity and BoostQuery's finite check throws IllegalArgumentException out of parse().

The test shows that the classic QueryParser lets IllegalArgumentException escape parse() for a boost literal above Float.MAX_VALUE (a^ + 39 nines).
